– A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made within 48 hours after booking.
– Cancellations made one week before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of each night’s stay, but the service fee is non-refundable.
– No refund will be provided for cancellations made on the check-in date.
– Check-in time is after 5:00 PM, and check-out time is before 12:00 PM.
– Guests can conveniently self-check-in using our smart lock system.
– Please be mindful that gatherings after 9:00 PM are not permitted on the property, as there are four apartments under one roof. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises after 9:00 PM to ensure a quiet and enjoyable experience for everyone.
– This is a residential property, so please respect the other guests in the apartments. Noise can easily travel, so quiet time is observed after 9:00 PM. Small, intimate gatherings are welcome before 9:00 PM.
– Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building and anywhere on the property, including the front and back yard, porches, patios, sidewalks, and grass areas.
Reservation and Booking: To make a reservation, please visit our website and book directly. A valid credit card and government-issued ID are required for booking. Additionally, a cleaning fee will be applied.

Guests are advised to secure travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or events that may affect their stay.
Unique Locations Nazare reserves the right to access the property at reasonable times for maintenance, repairs, or inspections.
Unique Locations Nazare reserves the right to terminate the agreement and request immediate vacation of the property in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions or any disruptive misconduct that affects the well-being of other guests or the property.
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or your stay at Unique Locations Nazare will be resolved through negotiation. If necessary, legal proceedings will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
